The City Parks Alliance Quantifies the Economic Benefits Parks

The City Parks Alliance published a report that shows the payback to society of the Land and Water Conservation Fund.  The report shows how parks attract residents and business, leverage private sector investment, promote public health, generate jobs and manufacturing, and lower infrastructure costs.  Communities across the country have benefited from civic investments that landscape architects help design and put into place.
